Yeah, the lines are supposed to be print lines 
Edit: here’s a closeup of a (PSA 10) card from the set to show what I’m talking about. I’m not sure any even exist without lines.

Are print lines and these foil voids the same? I did not think this qualified as a ‘print line’…
