Eevee fan club 500 point came sealed?

Was the Eevee 500 point players club promo released sealed? Or how was the release of this card? Thanks

I never saw any of the 3 fan club cards sealed so I will say no. You had to be a member of the pokemon fan club in Japan, and send point cards, the oversized ones, to receive one of the 3 fan club cards in the mail, I believe.

Thank you. So they came sealed correct? Not something you can simply pull out and put back in? But something you have to break open go get the card out? Thanks
