They must have had a large collection they put together in the early 2010s or they opened a bunch of packs recently. I barely have seen any L2 unlimited packs though

Those are all pretty cool. But Jolteon and Vaporeon is just a standard image of them on an ordinary looking item. Also the Flareon one reminds me of Torchic before I saw the ears.
