But as mentioned by @KabutopsMaster, not gonna happen. These cards have been in private Japanese collections ever since that YJ auction way back when, and we haven’t seen any since. And if they ever pop up again, their price tags will be pretty high.
Then again, I wasn’t expecting the other Sample Pikachu to pop up after we hadn’t seen it at all since the original event itself in 2001, and two different copies popped up earlier this year, including the full set, so who knows what the future may hold. 
PS: Not sure if you’ve noticed, but both those Pikachu have different e-Reader borders. Also, all those Neo Genesis double bordered Pikachu have numbers, so my (nice-to-have) wanted list includes all 11 numbered double-bordered Neo Genesis sample Pikachu; both of those unreleased artwork Sample Pikachu; and the other unreleased artwork Sample Pikachu of the linked thread both with and without hole (and a bunch of other Sample Pikachu cards).
