I think in order to qualify, you have to be signed for eBays spam/promotional emails. They send out at least one a day highlighting certain items you’ve looked at, or mentioning price drops on items you’re watching or looked at.

I’ve never been eligible for one in 18 years on eBay and I have all promotional crap checked off including the automated phone calls thing lol…I’m just gonna have to call eBay at some point

I guess check your eBay bucks page if you haven’t been receiving the promotions. It seems pretty self explanatory, and perhaps a step in the right direction! It’s also worth mentioning that I received a mobile alert for this eBay bucks promotion (11/12 - 11/14) but was never able to activate it, so maybe that has something to do with this.

Does anyone know if you can earn eBay bucks while also paying with eBay bucks during the same purchase? Or when you use your bucks to pay does it remove any potential new eBay buck earnings?

Spent the most amount I’ve spent in the hobby on a few purchases, and ebay decides to do a bucks promotion the very next week. Cool.

Seems my buying account being inactive for 3 months is causing it to not get promos. Missed the last few while my seller account still gets them.

How do you qualify for these promotions? I’m signed up for eBay Bucks and have been buying/selling every month on eBay since August. Not high volume but at least a few items. Never got anything more than the standard 1%.
