I really want to pull SL10 Rayquaza for my collection but booster boxes are 500+.
On /r/pkmntcgcollections some guy bought the same lot and pulled 2 SL’s. However, this seller is known to cause problems sometimes.
I would say just buy the card raw. Saves you money and you probably won’t pull it from those packs. Plus, they could be weighed. Also FYI, That seller is pretty sketchy/rude from what I’ve heard on the forums. I would definitely be careful with listings like those!

Well I thought it was really hard to weigh out the SL cards since they are reverses. But if he is that bad I’ll probably stay away. Thanks.
Solid point, totally forgot about that. I would say if you’re really interested in pulling the card yourself, go for it. He’s a big seller and Ebay can always back up the buyer if something goes wrong.

I have no problem buying single from that seller. It seems most people complained when they buy packs or sealed stuff according to feedback.

Idk if it’s actually in stock and my experience with PokeOrder isn’t too positive.
My problem is I like actually pulling the cards that I want. I bought couple cards that I liked and they just aren’t as special to me when I buy the singles. Just trying to be fiscally responsible as possible. haha
Oh I get it haha well if you got money sitting around that you don’t need for other things go for it.
Maybe with a different seller though xD. But then again eBay always protects the buyer.

I bought the last lot he listed at $210 before he relisted at $230. Pulled two SLs, 4 holo energies, and 14 holos. Even at my above average pull rates I feel I still lost a decent sum of money. The rarity of mint ungraded SLs might justify the purchase, but there’s no guarantee you’ll pull one. Definitely a fun experience, though.

If you are just looking for one card I would recommend just buying the single you will save a load of money.

IMO it is a waste you may aswell buy the card, I know you like pulling yourself.Is it really worth all that money to pull a $20 card?.. no 
If you ahve the money to waste then go for it but I dont see any positive apart from your excitement formt he pull.

I just don’t think the odds of getting a Gem SL in general are high from this sort of lot. While the pull rates might be fair, I don’t think these packs were stored with extreme care, to prevent corner damage, and tons of English cards are already 9’s pack fresh…
Yeah I am not too worried about getting a 10. I use BGS and they aren’t too popular to begin with when it comes to selling. I just collect what I pull.
