I bought a ton of reverse ex series cards and many of them have this on the LEFT edge. Never the right edge, but the left has a slight raise or “peel”. Does this count as a defect in the eyes of PSA?
It is hard to see I understand but that is because it is so slight and so consistent among the cards that I hesitate to even think it is a defect. The light changes show the slight elevation changes best
Sometimes it is and sometimes it isn’t. The edges on those cards are sometimes slightly raised from cutting, but also sometimes that raised edge turns into peeling from handling and play wear.

Yes, PSA sees that as a negative. Just put them one at a time between two 24” square, 3/4” thick plates of glass, leave them there for a couple days and it’ll flatten out.
