I have someone who sent me a few of these cards to grade and was curious if anyone has a PSA example? I tried using some of the key terms but couldn’t find anything on ebay. Here are a couple links to the cards:

These are called as ’ ポケモン Meiji じゃんけんバトルカード’ (Janken Battle Cards).
Unfortunately, I personally have not seen any of them graded. PSA or otherwise. Probably too niche? There are several other Meiji confectionery products which I have never seen graded, maybe, since Meiji just releases so many of them.

I tried Janken, along with rock paper scissors and choco ball (getting desperate). 
I think you are right, they might be too niche for psa.
