If there is a speck of dust in a sleeve and gets stuck to a card when you submit to PSA, will they clean your cards before grading and encapsulation? or would that dust stay on the card and get in the case?
It would usually stay. They would also likely add more dust or further additions such as fingerprints, boogers, and or various condiments…
