Well I pulled this from sealed deck.
I’m planning to grade this since it’s potential 10. I still be happy with 9 because of ink dot error.
There are plenty of 10s with ink dots

worry not young pokewan. every psa 10 card is born with billions of ink dots. it’s totally organic.
Ink dotted stuff should get tens. The red Ink dot blastoise has several tens I do believe.
Here is a ink line-ish (not quite dot but same deal) shadowless magneton I graded that got a 10! Down by the weakness you’ll see it. I was so worried it would get a 9 when I sent it. But i was super thrilled when it returned a 10!
