So i got my batch of grades back today, and when i was looking through them i noticed my 10 1st ed Dark dugtrio had spec of something on the back that wasnt there before. it looks like maybe a squeezed sterofoam pellet, or something of the like. Here are pics of the card:

My question is, is there something i can do to get a recase done since this was psa mistake, with them paying for it? And if the the object is removed and leaves a stain behind am i out the 10 value on this? Thanks for the help
Call PSA during business hours tomorrow and explain it to them. They may or may not want you to email them with the photo. Because it’s within two business days (I think it’s two) they should provide you with a shipping label and recase it.

Did you try shaking the case to see if the white thing moves? If so then you wouldn’t have to worry about it leaving behind damage. Even if it did stick, I’m sure it won’t affect the grade.
Yeah it doesnt move. Ill get ahold of psa and go from there
