That is good to know. I’ve been thinking that I needed to collect in a more systematic way. I have some established goals, but I have to work with what I can afford. Of course, I am going to be saving up for some big items once i get a better job.

Here are a few more graded cards!
First is a holiday gift! I love the art on these cards and the Raichu is super cute!
Next we have another Gem 10 from Ex Dragon-now I think I need the Rayquaza from the set. Also, this Dark Gyarados is my FIRST EVER PSA 10 1st Edition English Pokemong cards. So cool!
Finally, here is an awesome scene with mew!! I love these prism cards.
This is it for now. I have a submission to PSA but they are mostly binder cards from my childhood, so they are unlikely to grade very high. There might be a card or two from my submission that will turn out okay, but I am doubtful. Excited to get them graded, though!

Hi, this is my first post so hope I’ve done this reply right but just want to say how much I love this card! Made me immediately search out some information on it. A bit like you I enjoy collecting cards with my favourite artwork so keen to add this to my collection when I can find it.

You did a great job! I am so happy that some of my collection has shown everyone some new cards they can collect. Vending series cards have some great artwork.

Collection update!
I am working towards getting 1st edition and unlimited WOTC cards in PSA 9s and 10s over the next few years. However, I am not necessarily looking to complete entire holo sets-I go by artwork and pokemon I like. I am also keen on growing my Mew collection.
Here are some cards I recently picked up:
Fossil 1st Edition Cards!!! I am super excited that I have the trio of birds now. Just need Gengar and Raichu. Any other 1st editions in this set that come my way will surely be a bonus.
Here some Kangaskhans and a Misty’s Tentacruel. Unsurprisingly, Jungle is taking longer for me to collect due to the prices. I am still looking for Eeveelutions in PSA 9 1st edition. If you have any for sale, just let me know. I am thinking about doing a WTB in the not-too-far-away future!
FINALLY here is an awesome MEW card! I have quite a few mews that need to get graded still. I’m not a huge Prime person, but as time goes on I’ve been finding that the art is growing on me!

Another Quick Update!
I am almost done with my 1st Edition Fossil Collection. Still need PSA 9 1st Ed Gengar and Raichu. I didn’t notice this until last year, but LAPRAS FROM FOSSIL HAS TEETH! It is a bit creepy. Makes the card less cute, but I still like it.
I’ve been picking up some WOTC unlimited holos as I go along. I got a good deal for these. Hey, if I can’t have Gengar in 1st Edition, why not unlimited? lol. I actually want every card I have in 1st Edition in unlimited as well.
Of course, you can never miss out on the iconic Jungle Flareon card
Finally: ANOTHER MEW!!
That’s it for the graded cards for now. I have some awesome graded cards coming in the mail soon (hint: psychic type!). My childhood collection is beginning to get graded too and I might have a few fire cards from that submission. Also, I am seriously considering posting my raw cards too. It is going to take a long time to get everything of mine graded, so I might as well get a head start by posting the raw cards. I can follow up with grading results later!

Thank you! I have another graded card like that, but the link broke. I have the bellossom and elekid ungraded currently. They are really hard to find and generally aren’t in great condition. I lost a bid on a lugia first appearance auction not too long ago and I was pretty upset. lol

I especially love that the card is completely holofoil. It was hard to capture while taking a photo on my phone.

Raw Card Update #1
Hey everyone! I decided that I want to post some raw cards because I am simply too excited about them to wait until post-grading to show them off.
First is a very cool Gold Star Mew. After looking under a harsh bright light, I can say that the front is almost perfect-the only issue is slight off-centering from bottom to top. The back (not shown, but I can post the back in the future) is very clean except for small white dots on the bottom right and bottom left corner. I *hope* this gets a 9 with PSA when I grade it, but I am not extremely experienced with grading my own cards.
The second is one of my all time favorite mew cards: CoroCoro Mew! The centering is very nice and the back is extremely clean. I can see a few user scratches on the holofoil around the Mew. Again, I am hoping for a 9, but we’ll have to see!
I have loads more raw cards to post, so I hope to post a few more highlights over the next several days.

Gengars and Espeons Galore!
I kind of forgot that I recently got this awesome addition to my collection and I needed to pair this card with its unlimited sibling.
Next I have two super exciting cards!
Now I need Neo Discovery Espeon in PSA 9 or 10, Dark Espeon 1st Edition in PSA 9, and Neo Discovery Umbreon in both unlimited and 1st Edition PSA 9 or 10!

Thank you! I love this card. It rarely shows up on ebay, though. The Sunset Mew is also great! I got it recently. Can’t go wrong with either card.

Collection Update:
After a while of thinking, I have decided to go in a slightly different direction with my card collecting. I am finding that my favorite cards tend to be higher end Japanese promo cards. From now I am mostly going to focus on collecting the bigger cards first, with some smaller pick ups on the side. We will see how this goes.

Totally agree that Umbreon promo rarely shows up on eBay. I checked daily for four months before a copy showed up in PSA 9 condition

Raw Card Update #3:
I was trying to find this card in a PSA 10 (Still looking, so if you have one for sale please let me know! I need to update my buying thread.) However I was lucky enough to find this very clean raw copy! Only issue is the centering is slightly off left-to-right on the front. I love the art and I think it might be the best Mew art ever.
Note: This was immediately put into a Card Saver I after careful inspection!
