Unfortunately they are clearly fake. Easiest giveaway: genuine ones never have the spikes on top and bottom.
Zigzag crimps are always instant fakes
Unfortunately, those are fakes. Zigzag Crimp, the back ES logo and PTCG Logo are low quality, and in the place where the barcode should be. Just blatant fakes sadly
