Condition effect of non-holo, scratch on the border?

Here is an (admittedly massive, apologies) photo. It does a good job demonstrating that the scratch isn’t super deep but does not capture the silver reflection that really hamstrings eye appeal. Again, I’m not necessarily asking “so what would a grader do with this card you’ve never seen?” because I know those questions are difficult at best. But it seemed useful to actually show a pic since such images aren’t often used in a discussion of grading (at least that I’ve found.)

I have wondered this as well tbh since i have a base zard with a similar problem although I’ve never submitted a card to be graded.
