Im sorry if this has been asked before but what are people’s experiences of buying nm/mint cards from collectors cache? Are the cards up to standard normally? How’s their packaging do they ship them sleeved and in toploaders? I’ve never purchased from them before but I’m considering buying some singles.

Bought a Gold Zekrom once, came in mint.
Just remember that NM is technically a PSA 7 and Mint is technically a PSA 9.
About 8-9s, a few were worse. Really depends on the age of the cards imo.
Bought some Neo Destiny Non Holo 1st Eds from them. Came in PSA 9 quality. Was very happy. They are definitely a company that knows what they are doing condition wise and if you are looking for some good binder quality cards - I’d recommend them. You aren’t going to find any company selling PSA 10 quality cards if that’s what your looking for. They deal with collectors a lot and are a decent sized company. You can be assured they will ship with care.
Is there a reason that you will not find PSA 10 quality? Do those companies sell them exclusively or grade them themselves, or is there another reason?
Most companies don’t sell cards of the older generations that are pack fresh. Very unlikely to find especially with holos. If they are in the know then they will grade them and if not you can get lucky. Just don’t bank on it. Obviously this excludes newer sets.
I had a poor experience with them. Bought the last Skyridge Arcanine they had listed as NM… It arrived with heavy edgewear, fading, two creases, and a sticky residue all over the card. Not to mention someone mistook the holo for a scratch ticket. When I received it, they had magically listed another one at double the price. I contacted them asking for an exchange with photo evidence of the damage. They replied by copy/pasting a general definition of NM along with an admission that the card wasn’t NM, but still refused to exchange it. At the very least I was able to return it for a refund.
