I have that card already! I Should make a collection picture / Video sometime. While I like that card, it’s not my favourite Lugia card haha. My top 3 favourite cards (still hard to choose):
I have every PTCG card (Jumbos excluded) with Lugia on it. Only card I really want and don’t have is the Japanese HGSS Lottery promo Lugia. Its annoying to get because it most of the time only gets sold as a bundle with Ho-Oh in Japan… 
The Japanese version is the very dark picture
It’s been a while since I posted here, but when I want to post, I want to do it in style 
I have multiple English versions of CoL SL7 Shiny Lugia, it just did not feel right to not have the original Japanese Lottery promo. So to find my grail Lugia card, I was looking to buy one from Japan. It wasn’t as easy as expected.
1 year passed by and the price slowly raised too (of course!), I had put this search on hold multiple times in the last 12 months. It was very difficult to find one and the pressure kept rising even more.
The reason why getting Lugia only is so annoying, is that the Lugia & Ho-Oh Lottery promo cards are mostly sold as 1 set (as they originally come in 1 sealed set together), and then you pay for two rather expensive cards, while Ho-Oh is just as stunning, my budget won’t simply allow it.
After some more patience a good friend from Japan sold 1 copy of his own collection to me, I was speechless and could not believe this was happening, after asking him multiple times if he really was OK with this, yes he was. I bought it from him and it was in NM condition. This saved me so much trouble. I still can’t thank him enough, I am really grateful!
I finally got 1 of the 1000 promo’s! 
Insane! I love a full language collection of the same card, must be a long journey to gather all of those
Thank you! Sometimes it is, sometimes it is not as hard as you think. The worst part is finding stores / people in Asia and South America (Brazil).
Also French cards are sometimes tough to get and are mostly more expensive than others.
But in the end, it’s fun! You will meet new people and friends along the way!
Next will be Lugia GX Full art, i have all the difficult cards, I just need Italian, French, German and Spanish, but I don’t have a rush with those since I live in Europe.
I helped Sora-san before with his Lugia GX full art collection, I think he is the only one now with a complete Lugia GX SR and RR World Collection!

And the background is from the Pokemon Card Game Art Collection Book released during the 20th anniversary! Worth getting one if you don’t own one already, unsealed books without Charizard EX promo are dirt cheap on eBay!

@primallugia Lugia is one of my favorite Pokemon. The original 1st edition Neo Genesis one is my favorite. It must be challenging to track down all the different languages! Great work and congratulations!

To be honest I don’t chase down all of the languages for all Lugia cards, some are just simply too difficult to find.
My friend S_O_Resistance does though. He has alot of multi-language Lugia sets complete, absolutely worth looking into his collection! Very impressive.

I am close on completing Lugia GX full art, just Italian, French, Spanish and German Lugia GX are left, all the other difficult languages have been imported first. French Lugia GX was quite difficult to be honest during launch, i sent it to him since i live in Europe and can get another one more easily.
Oh yeah 1st ED Neo Genesis Lugia is very cool indeed! I have one but it’s not NM. The price is going up hard now.

One is an edy card to top up money, sold at pokepark 2005
One is a pokemon adventure card, quite hard to get. not much documentation of these cards too. They look very good alongside the lugia pokepark promo!

I am happy in this nice (local and online) community I was able to obtain STAFF Lugia cards via awesome friends for great fair prices too, I was really worried I might have missed out on them considering people were going really wild for VIV prerelease kits…

9 months of patience! Was waiting until Brazil their COVID situation was finally ‘normal’ again including their mail service. It was not operational for a while over there and I finally completed my trade!
My VIV Prerelease Lugia cards are complete now! China, Thailand / Indonesia never released this card as of now…
