Yes, Im trying to understand how to navigate through and what to expect when the vendor tables open up on the collectacon website. Its difficult to find a video or a layout of what people go through to grab a table. Seeing how its done or a detailed explanation would be very helpful
When I tried getting a table for Collectacon Orlando, it had the quantity of tables to choose but not specific table options. Can you not choose exactly which tables you want? Does collectacon assign you random tables? It just asked me how many tables I wanted but not the location of those tables.
Iām looking for a table at Orlando Collect-a-Con willing to pay a bit of a premium.
You donāt get to choose the table location. The event coordinator will assign you your location a couple of weeks prior to the event.

Thank you for this information. I was a bit confused. So basically you have to get lucky to get a table in the front or middle sections and it solely relies on one individual.

Chicago tables sold out nearly instantly, anyone got 2-3 they are willing to part ways with?

Hey everyone, I am new here and was looking to see if anyone has or knows someone who has a spare table at Collect-A-Con Chicago. I failed miserably on release to secure any. I really wanted to go and plan a trip with the family around it but without having a table, its hard to justify making the trip out there. Honestly, I would share half a table with someone if I was offered. I am new to vending but have really enjoyed the interactions as a vendor with the community and want to start going to some bigger shows. I apologize if this seems desperate, I was just looking forward to it.

Hello community, I have a question. I tried to reserve a large table at lunchtime when the tables opened, and I was shocked at how long it took them to get started. This event is extremely important to me. I would like to know if anyone has any tips for reserving and being sure to get a table for the next reservations in two weeks. Hi, every time a Collect-A-Con rolls around people understandably tag me here. I donāt have the time on weekends to set up at CAC anymore so Iām not actively reserving sections. I donāt want to refer people to a semi-private group that Iām not really involved in.
If thereās enough interest, I would make a new Discord to fill the same role - break up CAC sections and help folks get individual tables. But for now, sorry I canāt help more here.
