I know unlimited sets in both are extremely hard to find but which unlimited base cards would sell for more? Also, which are typically harder to find on average?
Korean unlimited are hardest to find. There’s only ONE known complete set in the world.

Thanks. Would you say Chinese is up there? Or is it fairly common?
As @garyis2000 mentioned, unlimited edition Korean is definitely the Base Set that’s hardest to find, and probably also printed shortest of all Base Sets. (Question: is it printed shorter/less than Shadowless unlimited / Shadowless 1st?)
Chinese unlimited, Chinese 1st and Korean 1st are all about equally hard to find.
