Not exactly. Simplified Chinese cards have a much higher possibility of having line scratches on cards pulled fresh from packs.
Still not sure why there is such difference. My guess is from either the machines which printed the texture (as Simplified Chinese cards might have dedicated machines to print the watermarks) or the packing machines, but not sure if that’s exactly the reason. PSA still gives 10 if the lines weren’t obvious though.
