Well it’s def offset printing, whether it was with the original files at the printing facility or recreated now with close fonts etc is something that would take more more time than this bathroom break will allow

That matches every foil printed under wotc back then. Without holding them, 99% legit but i dont have to tell you that. Congrats.
Even the backs are interesting that theyre +15

best of luck! you may have a hard time getting them authenticated. Grading companies have been skittish around this kind of stuff because of the prototype scandal last year

yeah i’ve been reading up on that. relates to the beginning of my story with my grandfather. he is concerned on how this could possibly get back on him. they were gifted, along with other test prints to others. we don’t know the legality issues that could come from it. but from what i’ve been able to gather i think we’d be ok. statue of limitations would be way expired and we’re not trying to make them out for what they’re not. if that makes sense.

Wotc wants nothing to do with pokemon anymore to the best of my understanding. I messaged them about something from the old days and basically told me the same. I will dig up as much of that information as i can that theyre not willing to talk about.
