Charizard Sun faded?

HI,
what do you guys think is my Shadowless Charizard Sun faded or just a more organge version of it?

@farid45 Not sun faded. I have 3 shadowless Zards that are all wildly different in complexion/hue/saturation. Some are very orange, some are light. I’ve even seem a super orange card overall, red is more orange, Charizard is more orange, and the background is. But no, it is not sun-faded. Beautiful copy.

Same, I have 36 shadowess Gyarados and some are more vibrant in color

Don’t think it’s sun faded. I’ve seen charizards with a bunch of different slightly off colors.

Do you know how much it can knock off a grade? I have a really mint charizard but it’s almost yellow how faded it is LOL

Hate to be that guy, but the sun wouldn’t brighten the card up. It would make it less orange if anything not more, sorry but I guess the good news is that it’s not faded!

Same here I have 3 and one looks like it sat in the sun for a year but it’s just the variations of link levels I think

Does the variation of the ink affect the value?

Not to my knowledge, it’s more of an expected variance within the product from that era to the best of my understanding

Not at all. Though there is that one vibrant ass orange one that this guy on ebay was asking a higher amount for while emphasizing the uniqueness of this particular saturation level. Like anything collectible, one that stands out and is somewhat enhanced or unique will fetch a slightly higher price. But for the majority of the lot, no it will not. Yours for example, is not unique–it would go for standard market rate. This guy went from 3k to… well, this price this whole year. He obviously hasn’t sold it at 3k, can’t imagine why he would now! Been watching that a long time.
