Charmeleon “ink blot” misprint.
I saw it once by TCA Gaming and also once by another collector on youtube with the inkblot in the same exact location. These are quite rare misprints.
There are also some print runs with the inkblot looking like an ear.

Thank you ! It is a simple Detolf display (quite cheap) i just modified it to have more shelves. Also i made sure to securely store the pokemon in sleeves then a toploader and then team bags. This should make them dust proof i hope ! 
The stands are simple frame stands with dimensions similar to pokemon cards

I know i should store them but i prefer to enjoy and see them every day instead of closing them in a box. They do not get direct light so i am hoping they will not fade for a very long time also they are stored quite well dust/bending wise.

Yes! The case sucks !! i will never grade another one of these or similar sticker. I prefer to store them ungraded in a top loader… not worth the hassle for a crappy case
