no, still with NGC in Munich. They are waiting for tax papers to be approved before they can ship the cards to CGC USA. So it does not make sense for you to send anything right now, it would just be stuck in the Munich Office

How long is the turnaround time atm? Thinking about submitting a few cards from Denmark.

My last 3 orders have been back within 1 month (+/- 1 week) but I already live in Germany so your touraround time might be a bit longer.

Same here, almost a month now.
Contacted them the 27th of October and got an email back on 4 November:
Due to the change in customs policy, there may be some delays until further notice.
So now we have to wait…

This is still the latest Update as per today. Just had a call with them and the situation is unchanged. This also affects the shipments back from America. Also: There is no date of solution available right now but they are working on it.

Update from today: Everything seems to be back on track. Issues with Tax regulations are solved and my cards are on the way to USA via Express. I jsut received a confirmation mail from them

In case you have some issues with tracking your submission on the .DE website and your latest status is blank without a link behind:
You need to click this link in order to get the latest status:
This will bring you to a separate site where you see the current status:
I had some issues with that in the beginning, since they changed something with their tracking system.

Mine isn’t showing up there and at the submission tracker it still says “At Submission Center”.
Not sure what that means.

That means it`s with the guys in Munich still or already on the way to CGC America. As soon it arrives there, the status will change

Strange fact : I am in the same boat and sent several emails.
After seeing your update I waited a few days and sent an email saying I heard the issue with customs was solved and asking when my cards would be sent. The person from CGC Munich answered me today saying that the issue has still not been solved…
My cards are still “At Submission Center” waiting to be sent for a month now…
