Lol I figured I was wrong. What makes that one the best?
To my knowledge, Dragonite hasnāt been in a major trophy card or an illustration contest, so the āgrailā tends to depend on personal preferences. I think itās the best artwork, from the best EX-era set, and is fairly rare because the reverse foil slot could have been any of the 95 commons, uncommons, or rares in the set.

Dragonite definitely needs more love. I remember how hard it was to evolve him in red/yellow. Grinding a dratini to level 56

To get this thread back on topic, itās unfortunate that a Perfect 10 TRR Dark Dragonite Reverse Foil doesnāt exist and will now never have the opportunity to be graded.

So this new grading scale isnāt taking place until mid July. Canāt people take advantage of this opportunity to crack and send in strong psa 9ās in hopes of getting cgc 9.5s to later send in to be bumped to cgc 10s? Or do you think CGC is already taking this into account with grading cards from now until then?
No, because the post-change 10 grade is going to (according to CGC) have the same standard as the pre-change 9.5 grade. So in theory, it should be no easier to get a 9.5 pre-change than a 10 post-change.

Pop report on Lugia 1st just changed over night. One 9.5 and a Pristine 10 added. Assuming these are crossovers. No clue why the report would update on a Saturday but 
.
Have whatever thoughts you want on the change but from a business perspective I have a feeling this is going to work out well for CGC.
Sidenote; Almost lost my mind because I actually submitted two that I was expecting grades back on Friday lol. These were graded without subs though so definitely not mine.

When we get past 50 votes on the price Iāll work out the average.
In utopian world where everyone trusted all graders it should be within 10% + and - margin of error. Being we are not in utopia, I voted for -20%.
