Catch Mew advert card with rounded corners WB promos?

I know there are different advert cards for the WB promos depending on the region / time they were released. I know about these three:

As you can see, the “Catch Mew” advert card is Square Cut. Is there any sealed WB Promo variant which contains a “Catch Mew” advert card with rounded corners? I do know this advert card exists with rounded corners, because I have it in my Moltres WotC #21 Promo collection:

But I wonder if there are any sealed WB Promos out there which also have this rounded corners “Catch Mew” advert card inserted? Or are all of them always Square Cut?
