Card cutting condition. Not a clean cut. Solution?

Hi everyone.

I pick up a decent collection of 1st edition team rocket cards. And came across this card that looked suitable for grading. However on closer inspection it appears that the bottom of the card is rough, hasn’t been cut clean by the factory.
It starts as normal on the left then gradually starts to get worse towards the bottom right.

My questions are do PSA frown upon this as much as a scratch or crease? How would they grade this? The rest of the card is great. It certainly doesn’t look nice on the card but it isn’t a so called error. Just an untidy card.

Any answers or general input and opinions would be great. Thanks

If you personally trim the card in the attempt of grading it higher, I’m pretty sure that is illegal.

They (PSA) won’t grade it if there is evidence of cutting/trimming.

Not to actually cut the card to create a new bottom of course not.

PSA will likely classify it as a production defect which they are generally lenient on, emphasis on generally.
