Anyone know what this is called or its release date/information was?
I presume it’s an advertisement for base set coming out in 1996 but can’t seem to find one anywhere when searching the internet for a copy.

It was given out at the entrance during the Aug. 23-24 Next Generation World Hobby Fair in Toyko (1996).
