Not sure about Simplified Chinese, but for Traditional Chinese (from Taiwan / Hong Kong), one could use superbuy.com as middleman service for Chinese websites (beehivetcg.com is a pretty well-known one, although it’s likely things are out of stock).
If anyone knows a good source for Simplified Chinese, I’d love to know as well, since I’m still missing some Seviper and Pikachu from the first set/deck.

have you tried taobao? thats where I get most of my traditional chinese cards. I do however live in asia so its easier for me to order from taobao

I have bought cards from ShopeeTW using a proxy buying service. But the buying service I used closed so I’m not sure what the best options are now.
