Buying a PSA 9 Proxy?

I definitely see both sides to the argument. But I have a distaste for forgeries and fakes of things in general. I don’t mind custom cards of unique or original design (not in TCG), but proxies piss me the f*** off. Because while someone like Jared might know full well that they are fake, their existence is certainly questionable morality, and only serve to rip off people. I just mean that the original purpose of them has more tendency if not straight up intention to be counterfeit for malevolent ends, rather than to give people a chance to have it in lieu of a genuine copy. I also hate the look of them and everything. Something like this is fine with me:

Boo to this day, an alarming proportion of people using ebay couldn’t be trusted walking across the street unattended.

Can we please stop using the term Proxy. The only reason these people say proxy is they wouldn’t be able to sell if they said fake. There’s no reason for us to buy into their language. As the community we need to battle back on their language and call them what they are, fakes.
