I felt that its really unfair for new collectors like myself who wanted to look for cards here but is unable to create a buy thread as I am new.
This make new collectors harder to complete his collection goal which is maybe the old timer’s goal for the rule?
This is a discussion forum, not a marketplace. We are not interested in members that are just here to use this forum as a marketplace which is why this rule exists.
If your goal is to simply buy things, you can try literally any other pokemon TCG-based community or use websites like PWCC and ebay. There’s no conspiracy and you aren’t being oppressed. It’s absurd that you think established members are actively trying to make it harder for new people to collect. The reality is that many established members are also sellers so it’s in their best interest to find buyers like you. But again, the goal of this forum is to discuss and share information which is why this 50 post rule was created.
