I was wondering, if i put an ebay user on my blacklist, will their active bids from auction be cancelled?
How late in auction can i blacklist someone?
Im wanting to wait until theres 2 minutes left and then do it, to stop the risk of this certain individual from bidding on my item with another account.
I am fairly certain the blocked bidder list isn’t retroactive, meaning that it won’t cancel bids they have made up to that point that you add them to the list. I would not bank on being able to block them with two minutes to go and having that be effective. Block them now and cancel their bids, then just keep an eye out if you see other buyers from the same zip code bidding. Be sure to block them cancel their bids and report if they are trying to brigade your auction with multiple accounts.
Ok thanks. I thought there was no way to retract someones bids ubless you blocked them. So i have to black list them, and using a seperate function, cancel their bids?
