I’m from neither of those countries. But I use FedEx International Priority when shipping to PWCC. It’s reliable & I’m willing to take the risk despite their limited insurance. But if you’re worried you can opt for different couriers or have third-party insurers.
As for the vault, I’ve yet to use it so I can’t really say much on it.
