Best In-Game Pokemon Cry?

As time went on, cries changed to reflect the sound capabilities of the games. Early mon had a simpler more narrow range. But some stood out. Here’s a comparison of R/B to Sw/Sh Gen 1 pkmn:
edit: I really like how in Gen 8, Haunter and Gengar sound like they’re talking or screaming. Like a ghost in your ear. :smiling_face_with_horns:

And here’s the Gen 1 from PkMn Stadium:

Raichu always was a favorite. But Starmie has also been a long time fave. Rayquaza might be a favorite now, because it sounds like an ancient creature.

Some of the Gen 8 sounds do sound nicer (Dragonair for example) but there were quite a few in there that I found horrendous, such as Ninetales, which seemed to completely lose the original melody.
