For nearly thirty years, I’ve been haunted by a flaw.
Back in the late ’90s, when the world smelled like fresh plastic binders and dusty card packs, I had a dream I opened a Pokémon booster and saw it — a Kadabra with a strange yellow mark, like the printer itself had sighed and left a kiss on the card. My friends laughed and called it “the hickey” when I told them about my dream. I thought it was magical.
I searched at conventions, card shops, basements, flea markets — always the same story: people had heard of print errors, but never that one. Decades passed. The Kadabra hickey became a ghost, a symbol of everything I’d loved and dreamt about.
But at last, you have found the exact one I had a dream about as a child! I’m literally shaking right now and filled with tears. I cannot believe the same card exists. Thanks for validating it. You indeed have the rarest Kadabra in the world and I hope one day it can be mine.

If your card is worth 10k-100k then I’m a millionaire. I personally have many of these printer hickey type error cards. Multiples on the same card as well. If you’re interested in some photos examples please shoot me a message.
The previous values of about 50$ I think are realistic. And if you have received a 500$ offer you should take that and never look back. That’s a very good offer in the error community.

Printer hickeys aren’t that rare of an error, if you don’t believe me I did a test, I set a timer and started looking for hickeys in my bulk, it took me 32 seconds to find this Ivysaur, the reason they are so common is because quality control in wizards of the coast printing was so poor especially during base set, it’s not that hard to find errors while a triple hickey might be a bit more rare it’s not worth more than a few bucks
If I were you I’d take the 500, that’s a VERY generous offer

We are now at Day 5 awaiting a reply from the Auction House’s stance and appraisal on the card. Boilerplate was 2 business day. I sent them a quick follow up email as to the current status of the potential consignment.
