A post come up on the Magic the Gathering misprint Facebook group yesterday, with the poster claiming to have opened a Commander Deck from Lorwyn Eclipsed that contained every card in the deck being double-printed, with a random Pokemon Basic Energy upside down overlaid on top of the MtG card.

My question is: how? Are these MtG preconstructed decks printed at the same facility as Pokemon? Are basic energies printed at the same place as Magic?
Are there any details that would make this appear inauthentic, and are there any details that would help authenticate it?
Quite the interesting misprint to start the year, I wonder how much they’ll end up selling for
