Authentic Topps Charizard?

I get a new Topps Charizard but never seen one like this. Maybe someone of you call tell me about it? Not sure if it’s not authentic.
It’s smaller than a regular Topps and has a complete different Holo.

I am sorry to say but this card definately looks like a fake.
There are some fake Topps cards floating around, although they are not very common

I think these are the cards that came out of vending machines in restaurants/stores. I seem to remember getting cards like it a long time ago. They have the tcg ones too. I am not really sure if either example was licensed correctly or not.

Yes. I have no idea how many different patterns there are. I have only seen them in the series 1 set which is pokemon 1-golem, tv1-tv13, and a checklist card.
