Hi E4,
I’m sending off when I believe to be potential candidates for tens tomorrow, and I just wanted to get your opinion before I do as to whether or not you see it as such. Both the front and back are from what I can tell impeccable, however it’s the centering that I believe is the issue here. I was just wondering if the centering was with in the parameters of a PSA 10:

That aside my one other issue is whether or not paying a higher service fee will result in a higher grade. From what Ive seen a PSA 9 Computer Search fetches for $55 whereas a PSA 10 goes for more than $1,000. I’m told to send it via regular service and if it should come back a 10 help pay the difference. Thanks

The computer search has whitening bottom left corner I think. Might end up a 9

I ask because the declared value of a D evolution spray is $55 in a 9 where as a 10 fetches $1200. So I’m curious what I should put for the declared value

just checked, it doesn’t have to start using indirect lighting

Upon further inspection of my three best cards, these were the only defects and I am wondering wheter or not these would knock it down to a nine:

Declared value: All my submissions add up to 1000.00.
I’m not advocating this for anyone else though.

everything in red can knock it down from a 10. to a 9 or even to an 8 depending on the grader

With non holos my rule of thumb if going for straight 10’s is to submit cards with absolutely no white spots even if they are factory marks.

With the card called into suggestion, after looking at it again I’ve come to the conclusion that it is indeed the lighting, however I sent them
off today so it’s no longer in my hands anymore, no pun intended. As far as videos over seen it seems as though PSA is rather lenient when it comes to centering, the only issue being whitening.

In two days the new grading rate schedule comes out. What did you enter yours under?

Based on centering alone I think that Devolution Spray and Pokemon Trader should get 10s, the others could also get 9s.

But pay attention to what the others say related to the other factors.
