Anyone used Buyee’s authentication service?

Hello, so I bought a card and I paid extra for the authentication service. Totally my fault but I didn’t know about the de minimis ending until a day after I made my purchase. Anyone who has done Buyee authentication, how long did the entire process take? I tried to send a message but they were vague, said couple of days to weeks

Also, I thought the seller sends the card straight to the 3rd party authenticator, but in their reply they state that the seller sends the card to the warehouse and then the authentication starts.

It adds about a week on average I’d say. If you just purchased, that’s a tight timeframe before 8/29. Prepare for the 15% hit and hope for the best.
