Does “Small Packet” service has tracking number?
I wish to know which is the cheapest tracked shipping method to Europe besides EMS.

I don’t live there, but in my experience Small Packet is always unregistered and untracked mail from these countries in Asia. Similar to regular letter mail. If you want tracking, you need to go for a registered mail option or EMS.
