Hoping the collective pushback on this will be similar to when they redesigned the labels – just sweep it under the rug like you never proposed a change in the first place
But if this is true then why does the display show a quad 9.5 with a composite grade of 10? Bizarre.

Beckett wants to jump on the 10 bandwagon because there is money to be made by people chasing 10s. The problem with having four grades of 10 (Black Label, 3 sub, 2 sub, 1 sub) is that every single one of them will look identical to each other.
It serves absolutely no purpose but to push out more 10s.

I’m still leaning this is sort of a joke, since they didn’t release the info on their other new features this way and also reneged on the label thing as a joke (which was “leaked” in the same way).
But maybe its real, idk
I’m pretty much done with my bgs collection anyway so I dont really care. Maybe they will honor that stupid subless charizard that they graded for me last year now.
Grading is losing so much value these days I dont know what it’s future will be

If this is true I also have to wonder what happens to all the mislabeled GEM MINT 9.5s already out there? seems like a nightmare for people to have to recase, specially with current wait times…
