Thought in this gift pack there was 100% no rarity cards guaranteed but in this add, there are the 2 decks but cards are with the rarity … i don’t know what to think about that …

Not new information, was discussed in my article:
No Rarity has a minimum release time of 53 days, from the onset 20th October 1996 to 12th December 1996 (release of Gift Set). The timeframe is very limited for the Gift Set as people have opened these before and pulled rarity cards. (link)
