Haha. Yeah, I’m kind of getting the itch to open them, but I would assume they are weighed.
Good piece of history though. Harder and harder to find on ebay.
Its a great piece of history! Honestly put them on a display or put them in a tin can to put it away and ur urge to open them will go away in a few days!
I wouldn’t open them. Keep them sealed. If you have urge to open them, buy some burning shadows or something lol
I need that Lugia Artwork and that Smeargle Artwork if you part with them 
I hate to be the voice of dissent, but if you really want to open them and don’t mind if your pulls are less than excellent, then go for it. Packs were made to be opened and the cards inside them enjoyed. Just my 2 cents.
I wouldn’t grade them. They’re the complete sets so I’d ask myself:
If I opened some of them up, will I ever buy those artwork packs again? Do I care to have all the different artworks for the sealed collection?
My biggest thing is fear of missing out on a mint first ed holo. If I know they’re weighed then it’s much easier to keep them sealed, but imo the experience of opening up vintage WOTC is worth a lot
