Where do the 1999-2000 Machamps come from? Any certain variant of the 2 player starter sets? Any variant of the base set 2, 2 player cd starter set? I have opened a few of each and never have found any. Did a little searching and didn’t come up with anything.
1999-2000 dated 2 player starter decks, but like the boosters, you’re not guaranteed to get a 1999-2000, very likely a 1999 version
