However, the question I would like to ask is: does this card have two different PSA labels? As shown in the pictures, one is named ‘How to Play Pokemon’ and the other is 'Ivy Pikachu Non-Glossy.
The names are different, but after researching for a while, it seems both labels refer to the exact same card. Is this correct?
