That should definitely be a 10. I mean, slightly off-centered but no reason it should be a 9 aside from that if anything. Lacks eye appeal I guess?

I had no idea that a psa 9 of that was so cheap.
saw you post this on instagram, it was epic.
Centering is well within psa 10 standard for both those cards (blast and Venusaur). I.e ~ 55/45 if I had to guess on L/R skew.
