These packs are from 1999. They are before has to purchased it’s from wizards of the coast. I can’t upload pictures atm but is there anything I can look for to help some one give me a price for these?
We can’t help you unless you have pictures. Once you add those (upload to an image sharing site like imgur and post the link here) we should be able to give you an idea of a possible value.
