Maybe check some reverse holos in s-chinese im sure there are some yuka morii arts. They have different reverse foils then us that have the typing all over the card

Not exactly a niche regional, but I found this prerelease that I haven’t seen in the other Yuka Morii promo lists and I wanted to add it here!

Correct me if i’m misunderstanding something but that looks like it’s just a reverse holo from ex team rocket returns as the reverse holos from that era present a set name in the artwork, so not a prerelease promo but nevetheless a beautiful card

Hey everyone,
I know it has been a while since I have added to this thread, but I recently saw some non-pokemon promo cards illustrated by Yuka Morii and was wondering if anyone had further information on distribution.
At a Malaysian event, I am seeing the following card here but cannot find any for sale.
I am also seeing an event upcoming in London here with similar promo cards.
If anyone has further information on these or has copies they can upload photos of or anyone they can connect me to so I can get a one, I would really appreciate it.

Hi! These cards are released as a part of the event itself. Sometimes events will host artist signings, and frequently those events will also have the artists create a custom card just for that event. The reason you can’t find any for sale is because those cards were part of a package you could purchase at the actual event, and participants had them signed by the artist then and there. If you wanted to buy one, you would probably have to find someone selling their signed & personalized copies from the event, or find someone attending the event to purchase a package for you.

Completely flew under my radar until I was in a card store today and saw it, but the Melmetal EX box has a stamped Stellar Crown Meltan promo in it (the packs can be random apparently, in the photo it’s Journey Together and Destined Rivals, but mine were Stellar Crown and Twilight Masquerade).
Just wanted to give a heads-up in case anyone else missed it like me

Wanted to share here incase anyone wants to tell me of some Yuka Morii cards/non english promos I missed, but here’s a List of every Yuka Morii card in (attempted) chronological order. SHARE COPY Updated Grandmaster Yuka Morii Collectiion - Google Docs 30th is left since I refuse to believe she won’t have a single card for this event. Didn’t include the english bruno’s hitmonchan since its super hard to even come by.
If I missed any please let me know

Hey @Tylerr_TCG awesome list you’ve put together!! Only a couple I think might be missing here (unless I accidentally glossed over them)
First off, the battle Academy Larvesta actually has 2 different numbered versions (like the Skitty Half-deck), with the numbers 31 and 44 beside the Armarouge Stamp.
Next would be the Japanese exclusive battle academy Meltan with a Lucario Stamp which only has one version as far as I’m aware.
Also, I noticed you had the chinese promo Octillery, there is also a chinese Pikachu Promo stamped Froakie as well! (no masterball/pokeball varients from what I’ve seen)
Last, is the Brilliant Engery Promo Ducklett, its a Chinese exclusive holo pattern with set number 001/004.
Hope this helps you out!! One more thing I’ve like clarification on. Curious as to why you have 2 versions of the Swirlix on your list? Is one for English and one for Japansese (Pokekyun)?

Hey @juicyblissey I really appreciate the extra info on the cards I missed. Im updating the sheet as I type this to make this as up to date as humanly possible.
Also going to do some research on the froakie since the octillery seemed to be just normal and pokeball but someone had a single image of a masterball print, but good to know
Also the Swirlix was a bit of an error (originally thought it had a reverse holo) but no its for the JPN version since like the paras its a unique holo effect. A part of me is debating including the normal holo versions of the chinese/korean cards though personally idk how many that would include. If you do know feel free to share and I can include them as well to keep it all clean.
I’m super grateful to see someone else reviewing the list also idk if it is correct but I attempted to do this in as close to chronological order as I can, lmk if everything is good in that sense too.
Thank you again for the help and hopefully we can make the most comprehensive Yuka Morii list as possible.
Updated list looks great!! As far as the chinese or other country holos, I am collecting the different pokéball/masterball varients from the chinese simplified set (26 exist in total so far) but also still on the fence if I want to count them towards my grand master set.
One more bit of regional card knowledge I’ll share is about the EX Dragon set. While the Numel card the only english card from the set without an E-reader version, the european versions also got printed without the E-reader!
Thats fair, Id say if you have the time maybe a separate sheet with those Chinese/other country Holos just in case since it can be good to have them in a list too with how easy they can slip through the cracks.
Also interesting. I remember finding the non EReader Numel but I wasn’t aware it was European, I just assumed the card was around a time they began stopping the E reader stuff. Def interesting to know for sure!
