The packs are about $150? Blisters are usually at least double for most WOTC product of that era. What you’re looking for seems very scarce. Good luck. 
Nope, as these don’t appear often you are going to have to offer a price and perhaps it might bring them out from people that own them

Looks like you didn’t read the comments on your thread. These are probably worth double that, they sell for $150+ as regular packs
$180 is probably way too low considering the last two artwork sets that sold on ebay a few months ago went for close to $1,000 each. Pack prices at that time were under a $100 I believe, so given the pack prices now and that fact that you never see them for sale I wouldn’t be surprised if they fetched $300-$400 each.
