I wish you luck in finding the card, but I think in this market it is a bad idea to make a public offer. Then people will just point to this post and be like, this dude is willing to pay 2k, I want 2.5k

Thanks for the feedback.

I spoke to two owners and one seller from this year and based my WTB on some of these discussions.

There are so few owners, let alone people willing to sell, that I wanted to use this forum as a way to connect with someone who may know someone (and so on…) who is possibly willing to sell.

Moreover, it is quite clear that buying any “rarer” card right now is likely to set a new price record. If someone is willing to offer more, then that’s that, and I will have to wait quietly for an ebay auction!

Pretty sure it states somewhere that if youre buying on e4 you have to have a price in the thread regardless.
