Paying $10k for PSA9 or slightly more if you are in Europe.
Lesser grades could be interesting aswell.

is it really 10k for a psa 9 now? i stopped looking at prices cus it made me too depressed that i passed on a psa 8 for 1100$ last year

Last public sale for a PSA 9 was for $12,000, so yeah they’re around that ballpark. Like a lot of cards, they’ve more than doubled since March of this year.

What are confirmed sales for a 10? Around 30k?
How come in this case a psa 9 sells for 1/3, usually the psa 10 premium is significantly higher. Just overall promo scarcity?
